Four Capabilities. One Recovery Chain.
From acquisition and recovery through dismantling, recycling and commercial disposal — each stage handled with the same standard of process, documentation and accountability.

Asset Acquisition & Recovery
We acquire and recover liquidated, surplus and distressed assets from institutions, corporations, agencies and industrial operators.
Whether an asset is being retired, written down or liquidated, we assess it, agree terms and take it through to recovery. Engagements are documented from the outset so that the client has a clear record of what was transferred and how it was handled.
- Acquisition of liquidated and distressed assets
- Recovery of bank collateral and repossessed assets
- Surplus plant, equipment and inventory
- Documented handover and asset records

Dismantling & Industrial Salvage
Safe, systematic dismantling of industrial equipment, plant and machinery — recovering usable components and recyclable materials.
Dismantling is planned around the structure of the asset itself: what can be re-used as a component, what can be recycled as material and how the site can be left clean. We coordinate handling and logistics through the process.
- Plant and machinery dismantling
- Component recovery and grading
- On-site removal and logistics
- Site clearing and clean handover

Marine Assets & Salvage
Recovery and disposal of marine assets, vessels and marine equipment, coordinated with the owners and operators involved.
End-of-life vessels and marine structures present their own challenges — access, regulation and scale. We coordinate the recovery of vessels and marine equipment through to dismantling and material recovery.
- Vessel and structure disposal
- Marine equipment and engine recovery
- Owner and operator coordination
- Dismantling and material recovery

Metals Recycling & Disposal
Processing and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, with commercial disposal across the recycling value chain.
Recovered metals are sorted, graded and processed for recycling — iron, steel, copper, aluminium and other non-ferrous materials. Material is routed to established processing channels rather than simply removed.
- Ferrous metal processing
- Non-ferrous metal recovery and grading
- Scrap sorting and preparation
- Commercial disposal of residual material
